How the Lifetime auto-grant works: Capacity is server-side controlled. Slots are assigned in install order — the first 12 phones to launch the app, not the first 12 to bookmark this page. If you're past slot #12, you'll still get full beta access; just no Lifetime upgrade.

Need to know your phone: open this page on the Android device you'll test with. The Gmail it's signed into must match the one Google Play uses to install apps.
